Give Greed a Chance! Misery, Meet Tax Rate

In our country, there is a small group of people who make insane amounts of money. At the same time, others are struggling to meet the needs of survival and human dignity. This is sickening and unacceptable.

There would be no problem with folks making these hilarious amounts of money, if there weren't so many living without the basics.

So how about we do this:
Start by taxing yearly income over $500,000/year at a rate of %95.

But wait! Next year's tax rate wil be based on the change in percentage of the population which lacks the following bare necessities of human rights and dignity:

• Food & Water
• Access to healthcare
• Access to education
• Access to the justice system

The smaller the portion of folks without those needs met, the smaller your tax rate! With a floor of 25%.

Here's a bit of simple math to map the tax rate to the number of people who don't have these basic needs, so pay close attention:

Presuming that the current percentage of Americans living without one of these things is 30% (total guess, I'm sure its higher).

Now, with a total possible tax range of 70%, if we cut both our rate, and our goal into 100 pieces, we've got a nifty map! A drop in rate of .3% means a tax reduction of .7%!  Holy cow what a savings!   More than DOUBLE the tax rate reduction for a proportional reduction to the indignity rate!

This should just take a year or two and the ever-so-clever rich will be back down to even lower taxes than today, and they can go back to making those ridiculous amounts of money! It's really a huge opportunity.

We all know that the rich are smarter then everyone else, they work harder than everyone else, and in general terms, they're just better at everything then everyone else, so they'll have this'll be taken care of in no time!

But until then, enough is enough... and they have enough.
